Recently, I came across an article online that shared tips on "how to cultivate a physique that is prone to slimness," and I wanted to share it with everyone.
Weight loss and body shaping should not be achieved through extreme dieting and excessive exercise. Relying on extreme methods can strain the body, create burdens, and potentially lead to health issues.
1) Avoid excessive dieting
Long-term fasting can put the body in a state of hunger, causing a decrease in metabolic rate and reduced calorie-burning capacity. When returning to a normal diet, the body may store more fat in preparation for the next period of hunger, leading to weight rebound. Therefore, it is recommended to control overall calorie intake and consume an appropriate amount of carbohydrates and proteins to activate the metabolic function, increase the body's metabolic rate, and cultivate a physique that is prone to slimness. Additionally, it is important to avoid high-sugar, easily digestible foods, as well as high-calorie junk food, to maintain overall body health.
2) Maintain an adequate amount of sleep
Lack of sleep can lead to issues such as obesity and reduced metabolism, while sufficient sleep promotes the secretion of growth hormones that accelerate fat metabolism, thereby increasing metabolic rate and contributing to a physique that is prone to slimness. Adults should aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep per day, entering a sleep state between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. to maximize the secretion of growth hormones. Additionally, sleep is a time for the body to undergo a thorough cleaning, aiding in toxin elimination, promoting cell regeneration, and maintaining overall body health and metabolic balance, all of which are beneficial for cultivating a physique that is prone to slimness.
3) Establish an exercise routine
Exercise not only helps burn calories but also stimulates the release of appetite-suppressing substances in the body, reducing food intake and aiding in weight control. 6) Drink warm water frequently
